It is necessary to carefully check whether the suture is worn correctly. If it is not correct, it will cause problems such as line throwing and disconnection.

　　 While threading the suture correctly, if the needle is bent or burrs, replace the needle with a new one. The needle mounting groove surface should be parallel to the front and mounted to the top. If the needle is damaged or installed improperly, it will cause malfunctions such as stitch skipping and thread breakage.

     　Before working every day, check whether the oil window on the top of the machine can spray oil normally, and also check whether the oil level line at the bottom of the machine is below the bottom line. Otherwise it will cause the machine to become hot, wear, or jam.
